We started working with Natalia Golik’s agency in May 2024. The brief was clear: build a social media presence for DORF, a new Russian agricultural machinery brand — starting from the very beginning, when all we had was an idea and a business plan, with production not yet launched.

We worked with the agency in July–August 2024. We came with a specific need: a marketing strategy audit. Operating in a highly competitive space — sales of trailed agricultural equipment from Russian manufacturers — we had reached the point where further production growth required a clearer direction. We needed a competitor analysis, a product portfolio review, and guidance on promotion: which platforms, what formats, and so on — many aspects were unclear.

Natalia proposed a comprehensive marketing strategy analysis. The process included a series of interviews with company leadership, a deep dive into sales data and competitive landscape, and an assessment of factors strengthening or weakening our market position. The entire engagement took about one month.

The deliverable was a consolidated analysis with actionable conclusions and promotion recommendations.

We are very satisfied with the outcome. Most importantly, many critical questions had previously existed only in the CEO’s mind — we were essentially navigating blind. Now we have a structured perspective and a clear path forward. The findings have been documented, and we plan to review them with our management team to develop a strategic action plan for the company’s growth.
