Our case studies

Agricultural equipment distributor

New brand identity, website, and social media content

Background

The client is a major agricultural equipment distributor based in Rostov-on-Don. When they came to us in spring 2023, they had a website that the leadership team felt had become outdated and was in need of a rebrand. The company also wanted to explore social media as a new channel.

The brief

A multi-faceted challenge: build a new website with e-commerce functionality and a complex product structure, develop a fresh brand identity, and bring social media to life.

What we did

Developed a brand identity and delivered a complete brand book

We redesigned the logo and established usage guidelines across all formats: modernizing the existing mark with bolder, more vibrant color — resulting in a logo that feels more confident and assertive, reflecting the company’s leadership position. We defined the visual foundation — color palettes and combinations, typography with usage rules across different media. We created a custom graphic system — visual elements and design assets with clear application guidelines. We designed concepts for business cards, branded merchandise, and corporate documentation. And we proposed a design direction for the website.

Built a multi-page WordPress website with full e-commerce functionality: a product catalog featuring detailed descriptions, photography, technical specifications, and the ability to compare and search by any parameter. Once the catalog was populated, we optimized the site for search engines — and it immediately began climbing in search rankings for commercial queries.

Launched social media in the new brand identity: we created a Telegram channel and a VKontakte group, and continued posting to the existing Instagram* account.

The primary challenge with social media in this case was the scarcity of available content: the company operates as a direct distributor from manufacturers to end clients, bypassing its own facility. Day-to-day operations largely consist of office-based work. Convincing team members to appear on camera also proved difficult. So we worked with what was available: archival equipment photos from the client, manufacturer videos from open sources, and key technical specs — turning them into dynamic slideshow-format videos with energetic transitions and bold captions. The result: engaging overviews of various equipment models. We managed social media from May through September 2023.
